Delivery Estimation

Delivery estimates for each service are shown on the confirmation page before placing your order. Please note however that these are guidelines from the date of dispatch, not the date of ordering and are not guaranteed. All orders placed on our global store are shipped from our offices in the Indonesia unless otherwise specified.

Items that are in stock when the order is received will normally be dispatched within 2-5 working days. Out of stock items can take slightly longer, but we would email you to confirm the dispatch. Pre-ordered items are typically dispatched the day prior to the Release Date, but may be processed for dispatch up to 3 weeks in advance to ensure our team have packaged all orders in time to dispatch. Once an order has been processed (whether pre-order or not) this cannot be amended. If an order is no longer required, this would need to be refused on delivery or returned to our offices once received. 

Overseas orders will generally be received within 10-14 days but International Postal orders sent by Indonesia Mail would need to allow 28 business days from date of dispatch. Orders sent Internationally via EMS or DHL would need to allow up to 10 working days from dispatch to arrive.

Delivery Charges

Postage charges applied are dependant on; the size and the weight of the package, the delivery method requested, and the delivery location.

A postage cost calculator is shown on the view cart page so you can get an idea of the cost before proceeding with your order.

The postage estimation is based on Standard Registered Post with tracking number but additional options such courier will be available at checkout with the prices shown.

Customs and Import Charges

All orders placed on our store would be shipped from our offices based in the Indonesia.

tapeholic.com does not charge any customs duties on International shipments. If any additional customs charges are incurred during your shipment, they are not calculated or monitored by us nor are they the responsibility tapeholic.com

We recommend that you check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your on-line order.

tapeholic.com cannot be held responsible for International taxes or levies charged for your order, and tapeholic.com wouldn't be able to cover the cost of Customs Duty needing to be paid.
